Capisco il problema, poi costruisco qualcosa che funziona. I understand the problem, then I build something that works.

  1. Ascolto Listen

    Mi racconti cosa fai, dove perdi tempo, cosa vorresti che funzionasse meglio. Niente tool fighi per il gusto di usarli. You tell me what you do, where you lose time, what you'd like to work better. No fancy tools for the sake of using them.

  2. Prototipo Prototype

    Costruisco qualcosa che gira sui tuoi dati veri. Lo provi, lo rompi, lo miglioriamo insieme. I build something that runs on your real data. You test it, break it, we improve it together.

  3. Produzione Production

    Quando funziona, lo lascio in produzione. Monitoro, aggiusto, itero. Tu vedi i numeri. When it works, I leave it in production. I monitor, tweak, iterate. You see the numbers.
